A SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Training helps the candidate badge a Scrum Master (SSM) certification. It prepares them to perform the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe environment. A Certified SAFe Scrum Master responsibly integrates the Scrum practices into the organization and increases the professional credibility of the team that implements SAFe. The key responsibilities of SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Training include key areas of competency using Scrum and Kanban to support program execution and coach the Agile team members. In addition, the certification course introduces the students to a scaled Agile Framework enterprise's concepts and helps them further plan and execute the program. At Bayelle IT Solutions, we train our students to grow enterprise-level Scrum Master skills. Our program includes a 10-hr live interactive workshop and comprehensive exam support. During this training session, the attendees are successfully prepared to plan and execute the Program Increment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.

Course Outline Of Our SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Training

• Introducing Scrum in SAFe: In this module, we provide the knowledge of basic Agile development skills to students. We build high-performance teams by exploring the characteristics and responsibilities of the Scrum Master.

• Creating and Reviewing PI planning: We train our students to create and review PI plans and finalize them to upgrade business value. Moreover, we also prepare them for the Inspect and Adapt event.

• Facilitating Iteration Execution: We teach the candidates to learn all Scrum ceremonies and steps involved in an iteration in SAFe. Moreover, we also teach how to plan the Iteration and track the progress.
